Leider haben wir ein Zimmer mit Dachschräge und kleinem Fenster bekommen. Man musste sich auf die Treppe stellen damit man raussehen konnte. Aber wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort.

„Golfhotel, etwas angejahrt aber sehr gepflegt.
Sehr schönes altmodisches Golfhotel. Wir waren hier für eine Nacht auf einer Motorradreise, das Motorrad konnten wir sicher auf dem Hof (mit Tor) abstellen, es hätte gegen Aufpreis auch eine Tiefgarage gegenen. Die Burger und Sandwiches in der Cafeteria waren hervorragend. Netter Pool, guter Blick vom Garten auf die Berge. Hervorragende Matratze. Alles sehr hochwertig.
Laut Beschreibung hätte unser Zimmer einen Poolblick gehabt, den gibt es aber wohl nur für die Suiten.

„Schöne Fotos, böses Erwachen!
Die Lage wäre eigentlich top. Wenn man nicht durch die Entfernung zur Stadt dem Restaurant ausgeliefert wäre. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch und komfortabel.
Katastrophe! Völlig hilfloses, derbes Personal. Alle machten einen Riesenlärm. Große Besteckmengen wurden neben unserem Tisch in die Schubladen geschüttet, fielen teilweise auf den Boden. Türen wurden geknallt. Wir bekamen eine Speisekarte zu zweit, die den verblüfften Gästen am Nebentisch weggenommen wurde, kaum, dass sie sie erhalten hatten. Keiner konnte auch nur ein Wort Englisch. Keine Wassergläser, die holten wir uns von einem anderen Tisch. Der Wein wurde ungeöffnet auf den Tisch gestellt und wir mussten den Kellner zurück rufen, damit der Korken entfernt wurde. Unhöflich, laut, völlig ohne Ausbildung empfanden wir das Personal. Der Kellner schenkte den Gästen am Nebentisch Wein ein und klemmte sich die Flasche unter die Achsel. So nahm er dann unsere Bestellung auf. Die Teller wurden vor uns auf den Tisch geknallt und noch beim letzten Kauen unter uns weggezogen. Das Essen war fettig und derb und einfach nicht dem Niveau entsprechend, das das Hotel vermittelt. Es gab zwei verschiedene Sorten Wein - einen weißen und einen roten. Dem Personal gelang es nicht, ein neues Fass Bier anzuzapfen, obwohl vier Personen es versuchten. Ich will hier niemanden in die Pfanne hauen, aber wir kamen nach einer langen Fahrt spät an und hatten eben dieses Hotel gebucht, um nicht mehr in die Stadt zu müssen und sozusagen alles bequem an einem Ort zu haben. Weit gefehlt. Mir tun die Gäste leid, die auf die schönen Fotos reinfallen und womöglich mehrere Tage buchen. Die Zimmer sind schön, das Hotel insgesamt auch, aber das bringt nichts mit diesem Personal. Einzig an der Rezeption fanden wir kompetente Mitarbeiter.

„Alles zum guten gewendet
Nach einigen Fehlern von Hotel Seiten, wurden wir mit einem Upgrade und einer Einladung zum Hotelfrühstück angenehm entlohnt.
Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft, an der Rezeption eine leicht überforderte Mitarbeiterin. Wir haben 2x ein falsches,nicht gebuchten Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen, nach vielem laufen durch lange Gänge, mit Gepäck und Kind,und einigen Reklamationen, hat sich die Hotelleitung erbarmt und alles geregelt.
